Back from an hour at the gym.
I did the couch to 5k for the first time today. It was a good way of easing me back into running (as I haven’t done it for so so long.)
Also it was the first time that I wore my Zaggora “hotpants” to the gym too. I’ve been wearing them at home when doing house work etc, so I can get used to it. It’s supposed to increase your perspiration by up to 80% and you can get...

I fucking hate it when Matt stays over when he has college the next day. He’s so annoying with his alarms. I really can’t comprehend why someone sets their alarm for an hour before they need to wake up and snooze every 10 pissing minutes! So fucking annoying! Grr.
Plus, last night he was moving around and making random noises in his sleep. All in all I had a crap night’s sleep....

This week the weather is going to be so lush!
I am so excited. (Bit sad to be excited about weather right?) I just love the sun so much. It’s like a second summer!
Anyway, the other day I was wondering what type of shoes people wear when it’s raining? As I just have flip flops, canvas shoes, pumps etc. Obviously I wouldn’t wear heels when raining as I’m too clumsy. I don’t want to get trench foot or something...

Time goes so quickly!
Today all I’ve done is:
Chill out with Matt in bed watching tv shows in the morning.
Drop him off back at his house. (So he could mow the lawn.)
Went to do some food shopping.
Fell asleep for about an hour. (Matt woke me up when he came round mine.)
Made Sunday dinner. Eat dinner.
Chill. Clean up.
And that’s my Sunday gone. :P

Yeah it’s a good idea. I always feel like I’m wasting the GP’s time though. They’re not very welcoming at our surgery! Many times I’ve come out feeling like a complete twat....

Random fact about me.
I seem to get an allergic reaction from every (that I’ve tried so far) lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm and lip salve apart from Vaseline. So all I ever use is Vaseline. I don’t dare to try anything new in case I do get a reaction. Usually my lips just go all red, tingly and they start to swell and sometimes I get bumps etc. Bleh! It’s quite annoying. It started about 5-6 years ago...
