I’ve not heard from Laura for a week. Last time I saw her was last Tuesday when I had a few words with her.

lost my appetite these last few days. I felt really bad last night, cus Matt made some crispy chicken (from scratch) to put in some wraps, with chips and I only managed one wrap, with still a plate full of chips. Tonight, we’re having a meal for my dad’s birthday at home, and we’re having steak, I’m dreading it!

Is when you are friends on Facebook with a couple, said couple then break up… and though they claim to be on good terms, or as the girl says “nice that we get on with each other and not argue like other parents that are not together”. Eating breakfast in the morning
Instead of waiting til noon for my first meal, is really beneficial!
I had my largest meal of the day at lunch instead of dinner time. And I had a large McDonald’s chips for dinner (it’s not great, but I didn’t order a burger at least!). I wasn’t that hungry, but the trek up that hill worked up my appetite a bit!
Today we went to the park and took the dog for a walk....

Is soooooo lovely today. Hot but with a cool breeze!
