My waters have broken!!
They went at about 4ish. Been hospital and got checked. Everything is ok.
If I don’t go into labour before tomorrow, I will be induced.
I’m going to be meeting my baby anytime between now and Saturday morning.
Eeek!!
Also, Matt blames OBEM for my waters breaking, lol.
Time to go sleep cus I haven’t slept yet.

2 weeks until my due date!!

Today Matt felt baby really stick his foot out. Lol. It’s so strange still.
I dreamt that I got so big and that my skin was slightly see through in the light, and I could see baby. He also reached his hand out to me and held it for ages. Sounds gross! But I was really happy. His hand was so teeny!

So I have 19 days until my due date! Baby can arrive any time between now and the 22nd Jan (when I’ll be induced).
What date does everyone think he’ll arrive on?
Guess the weight and time if you like too!!

Sorry if this freaks anyone out! Haha.

The old wives tale is this – if you get a línea nigra and it runs from your pubic area to your belly button only, it’s a girl, and if it goes all the way up from your pubic area to the bottom-most part of you rib cage, then it’s a boy.

Mine, though light, goes up to the bottom of where my rib cage is! So it’s true for me… Unlike the majority of the old wives tales.
However I didn’t get mine til quite late in the pregnancy. My sister’s natural one is darker than mine, even though I’m pregnant and she isn’t. :p

Baby’s head is SO low today. Don’t drop out!!

I’m starting to get my shape back, as in it’s not straight up and down like it was last week.

I’m bored at work. So here’s a picture of my belly this morning.

Baby just did that shaking/ shiver thing again.

2 weeks until I’m full term.
5 weeks until my due date.
35 days left!
I just got butterflies…

My midwife’s appointment went fine. There was 2 of them today, which is strange…
Urine is clear… So obviously no pre-eclampsia!
The other midwife measured me today, she commented on me having good stomach muscles (like my normal midwife did).
I’m measuring 1 week behind like last time, so I’m 34cm at 35weeks.
Baby’s heartbeat is strong! Which is good.
I also asked her if she could tell which way baby was laying, and she had trouble finding out. She said because my stomach muscles were so hard, she didn’t know what was baby and what was my muscles. Haha. But she figured out eventually which way he was laying, which was confirmed by listening to his heart. 
My next appointment should be on Christmas day, but I’ll have to go to the hospital on Boxing day instead. Eek.
I’ll be full term by then! Crazy. 

• All in ones x3 (or sleepsuits/ pj sets)
• Body suits x3
• Bibs
• Booties (or socks)
• Car seat (well it’s not in the bag, but we’ll need to take it with us!)
• Cotton wool
• Hat
• Muslin cloths
• Nappy cream
• Nappies
• Scratch mittens

Things I still need to pack or buy:

• Cardigan/ jacket
• Blanket/ shawl
• Pramsuit/ snowsuit

34 weeks and 3 days today! I think I look bigger in pics than I do in person.
(obviously that’s just an illusion in my head… I am aware of how big I am… I meant my bump!)
